02. Online strategy followed

After doing a setup of all the digital part, and fine-tuning both websites and social networks and advertising accounts, let's start to implement a growth strategy that will cover the increase in sales to professionals (B2B) and the improvement of sales in the online shop for private individuals (B2C).

  1. We implemented a system of lead generation professionals through Instagram and FB Ads. This gave us the opportunity to quickly start generating business opportunities.
  2. Let's implement a full campaign in Google Ads to start to boost the online shop.
  3. Work began on the SEO to give the brand more authority on Google.
  4. Feeding the commercial team with qualified leads, which within 2-3 weeks could start to close professional sales.

03. Results

The results started to come within the first month of marketing work. Within the second month we already had an increase of 20% in turnover, and so it grew step by step until we reached to double the previous year's turnover.
